What Fragrance Compass does
Fragrance Compass provides fragrance recommendations, collection tools, and decision support. It is for personal, informational use and is not professional advice.
Account responsibilities
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure. Provide accurate information and notify us of any unauthorized use.
Subscriptions and billing
Pro is offered as a monthly ($5/month) or yearly ($50/year) subscription billed through Stripe. By subscribing you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. Prices may change with notice.
Cancellation
You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep Pro access until then.
Refunds
Except where required by law, payments are generally non-refundable.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, access it through unauthorized means, or use it for unlawful purposes.
Intellectual property
The service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Fragrance Compass or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. Brand and fragrance names belong to their respective owners.
User content and collection data
You retain ownership of the collection and wishlist data you add. You grant us a limited license to process it to provide the service.

Recommendations are suggestions based on the information provided and may not match your personal experience. Fragrance is subjective; use your own judgment before purchasing.
Third-party links
The service may include links to third-party retailers or sites. We are not responsible for their content, products, or practices.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fragrance Compass is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
