BeauFort London introduces Sunken Tobacco
BeauFort London’s Sunken Tobacco joins its Force Majeure collection. The brand’s “Available Now” announcement is dated September 30; this is an earlier announcement recovered in our coverage, not a launch first announced today.[1][2]
Created by Euan McCall, Sunken Tobacco is listed on the official storefront as Eau de Parfum in 50 ml, 7.5 ml travel and 2 ml sample sizes.[3]
The house’s brief imagined fermented tobacco leaves sealed in a wooden box and left on the seabed for years, taking on salt and aged wood. Its advertised notes include tobacco, seaweed, oakwood and ambergris alongside cherry mead, blackcurrant, spices and resins. This is the brand’s scent concept, not a claim that the perfume’s tobacco was literally submerged.[3]
The announcement title says “Available Now,” while its address refers to pre-order. The current product page accepts orders, but these sources do not establish a precise historical first-sale date.[1][3]
